QUICK and EASY INSTRUCTIONS

OPTION 1: You can register to become a member by visiting our secure online Member Site where you can fill out the online application and then choose to pay online (PayPal or Credit Card) or mail in a cheque (see below for mail in address).


OPTION 2: You can also download and fill in a copy of our PDF membership information form  (Hint: You can fill it out on your computer and email it back, no printing required!) when you are done filling it out send it in to admin@canbim.com. To process payment you can pay through PayPal/Credit Card just below. The amount you should pay is listed within the membership information form.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
In either case (Option 1 or 2 above), you can choose to pay by cheque and mail it in, or pay through PayPal online. If you chose Option 2 we require you to fill out the Membership Form below as we need the information included on the form to add you to our private online member database and the member section of the website.
