He was previously a partner at a large growth equity firm and a consultant at a leading global strategy consulting firm. He has advised a number of Founders, C-teams, & Boards & is particularly experienced on issues related to business development, funding & capital structure, business models/pricing, & go-to-market strategies.

Nate Loewentheil

Vice President - Camber Creek

Nate Loewentheil is a Vice President at Camber Creek where he advances the firm's fundraising, supports portfolio companies, and manages deal flow, diligence, and transactions. He also leads Camber Creek's public relations and thought leadership. Nate comes from a fourth-generation real estate family. Prior to joining Camber Creek, Nate served as a Special Assistant to the President at the National Economic Council in the Obama White House, where he led work in areas like urban development and emerging technology. Nate is also a successful social entrepreneur and former Forbes 30 under 30, Baltimore Business Journal 40 under 40 and Aspen Ideas Fellow. He has written for the New York Times, Washington Post, and Fast Company, among other media outlets and has been an active angel investor for more than a decade.

Scott Kaplanis

Partner - Groundbreak Ventures

Scott Kaplanis is the Managing Partner at GroundBreak Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Toronto committed to finding and funding early stage property technology companies. Scott is an active venture investor and capital markets professional having spent more than 15 years evaluating and supporting emerging businesses. He has worked in both origination and asset management and has experience across industries and throughout the business lifecycle. Scott has worked alongside dozens of entrepreneurs and has provided guidance on areas including company and capital formation, C-suite recruitment, resource planning, M&A assessment and exit evaluation.

Lynette Keyowski

Lynette Keyowski has come to REACH after more than a decade as a senior executive and CEO in the REALTOR association world in Canada. Her professional passion has been to support the delivery of value-add technology solutions into the real estate sector and streamlining the real estate practitioner and consumer experience.

Michelle Killoran

Principal - OMERS Ventures

In her role as Principal at OMERS Ventures, Michelle is responsible for researching and executing on investment opportunities in proptech. She’s particularly interested in opportunities around democratizing home ownership, increasing transparency across the real estate transaction and automating workflows.

Prior to joining OMERS Ventures, Michelle was a Senior Associate in Financial Advisory at Deloitte. As a part of the Valuations group, she provided valuation services to both public and private companies related to mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax, and litigation. Michelle is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
In 2020, Michelle was named one of Venture Capital Journal’s "40 Rising Stars under 40" in the global venture community.
