Biographie

Emmanuel is the Asset Preservation Manager of the Regina Bypass Project. He has more than 26 years of experience in Major Civil Works and Road Construction Projects in different countries such as Canada, United States, France, South America and Africa. He currently is responsible for all the asset management for the Regina Bypass Project after the four year construction period in which he was involved as Technical Manager. Some of his recent projects as Technical Manager include the Regina Bypass, the Ohio River Bridge Project, and Environmental (Green Transition) works for the French Highways network.

Brett Butler

Operations Director, Regina Bypass Partners

Brett is the Operations Director for the Regina Bypass, an operational public-private partnership (P3) consisting of 60 km of 4-lane highway, including 12 interchanges, surrounding Regina, Saskatchewan. Brett has been working on P3s for the past five years in various capacities, from procurement, to design and construction, and operations. Other projects he has worked on are the Swift Current Long-Term Care Facility, and Saskatchewan’s Joint-Use School bundles I and II. Brett specializes in contract management and has a degree in Finance from the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).  

Benoît Kroely

Digital Manager, Sixense North America

Benoit is the Digital Manager for Sixense North America. He has 15 years of experience in the configuration and deployment of asset management software for bridges, pavement and other structures. He currently overseas the implementation of BeyondAsset, Sixense’s asset management software, all around the world. Some of his recent projects include the Regina Bypass, the new Champlain Bridge and with the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario.
