Hammad is the National Director of Digital Project Delivery at EllisDon, bringing years of experience in the construction and architecture industry. He is committed to driving innovation in the field by implementing construction technology and staying abreast of the latest business and industry developments. Hammad serves as a Board Member at Building Transformations and an advisor to Alberta IoT, furthering his dedication to positive change in the industry.

Cory Morrison

Pre-Construction Team Logistics / Estimation BIM/VDC Manager, Arpi's Industries Ltd.

Mr. Morrison will be involved in the project throughout as he will be involved during the pre-construction phase assisting the team with planning, logistics and estimating and then lead our BIM/VDC group through delivery of a complete model. Mr. Morrison will assist the design assist team, project manager and project superintendent with all of the requirements on the BIM/VDC design, modeling and coordination of the project. Cory is a BIM/VDC designer who also possesses over 10 years’ experience in the field. Mr. Morrison has been the lead BIM/VDC coordinator on several large commercial projects and has the ability to provide key input and backup where needed to our design assist and project team. Cory currently completed the coordination for the mechanical BIM/VDC design work on the Brookfield office tower and has previously led our BIM/VDC department to the successful completion of numerous large projects.

Shalana Morton

Senior Project Manager, Pitt Meadows Plumbing

Originally from Ontario, Shalana relocated west to join the Pitt Meadows team with over 7 years of commercial Project Management experience. After earning a Bachelor of Science with honours in Cell and Molecular Biology, Shalana worked hands-on in the mechanical contracting industry before going on to manage multiple multimillion dollar projects. A self-proclaimed lover of all things organized, Shalana balances highly-detailed projects of all sizes at work with outdoor hikes, accompanied by her husband, Brent, and dog, Lily.

Chris Little

Virtual Coordination Manager, Modern Niagara

Chris has extensive knowledge of the Canadian CAD/BIM landscape in the Institutional, Commercial, & Light-Industrial sectors. His experience includes work with Mechanical & Electrical Consultants in both Australia & Ontario, a number of Ontario based Constructors & Subtrades, and for the last 9 years Modern Niagara. Chris has acted as an Interference/CAD/Model manager, drafter or modeler on more than $4.5B of construction; and BIM estimation & strategy on +$3B. He enjoys leading and mentoring project teams that strive to get ahead of the critical path so that all parties are able to maximize profitability, productivity & creativity. Chris is a past Subtrade Committee Chair for CanBIM. Chris received a Mechanical Engineering & Management Degree from McMaster University.
