Summary

Résumé de la présentation

Next to corporate salaries and benefits, corporate real estate accounts for the second largest expense for all organizations. To date, real estate had been considered as a fixed bricks and mortar story with workspace being static. With the global trends of mobility, video and IOT (Internet of Things), space design is not simply being driven by a sqft per person #, but is now being tailored towards Activity Based Work, Employee Personas, Journey Maps and Flexibility. To dynamically adjust and predict the usage and layout of space, BIG Data, IOT and Integration is being combined by organizations. The combination is driving business value in the areas of CAPEX, OPEX and Employee Experience and Retention.
