This building will be the new flagship building for our students at York University. It will house a convention centre, multi faith centre, student group offices, collaborative spaces and much needed student social spaces. The building will be 4 storeys and 10,720 m² and will sit on a primary open space and is the terminus for a local road. The BIM process assisted the students in the evaluation of the site, program and referendum to gather support from the student body.
