Product Manager

Working under the Chief Cloud Products Officer, the Product Manager is someone responsible for the BIM Track product performance and who is managing the performance of a team of Product Owners. The Product Manager will also be driving customers' business review meetings to communicate the roadmap and collecting feedback on customers' challenges alignment. The product manager will be in charge to put together a product advisory board that is going to be influencing the BIM Track product directions.

You’ll be responsible for

• Building a strong team - including hiring and coaching your team
• Managing the team performance
• Translating corporate goals into functional and individual goals
• Monitoring product performance and initiating action to strengthen results
• Controlling expenses and budgets
• Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management
• Managing expectations of stakeholders through frequent and clear communication of vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and researchers to advocate for, plan, and execute user research and solution validation plans
• Using a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development
• Documenting user needs in workflows and customer journeys
• Maximizing value delivered to the customers through a thematic-driven initiatives roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile software environment
• Experience with B2B, vertical market, SaaS product development
• Domain experience in the AEC industry
• Ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics
• Experience evaluating a quickly moving competitive landscape
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Passion for enabling storytellers, creators, builders, engineers, and makers to do their best work
• Familiarity with cloud computing and the way distributed systems communicate
• Practice facilitative leadership
