  • Creates and implements strategic marketing plans for assigned areas.
  • Develop new business, sales and client relations for defined markets.
  • Development of proposals, presentations and other client communications.
  • Performs active client solutions, marketing and public relations activities in support of client solutions goals.
  • Researches, qualifies and prioritizes potential customers.
  • Prepares, presents and executes client solutions action plans for specific targets.
  • Serves as a company representative on Events and professional organizations.
  • Prepares and presents monthly marketing reports to designated executives.   Manages the development of proposals, presentations and other client communications.
  • Partners with operations teams to plan, create presentations, and execute capture plans on pursuits or to business partners and community organizations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction industry or in Saas
  • Experience in direct sales with a strong focus on business closing and customer service
  • Knowledge of multiple BIM software programs will be preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with CRM tools would be given preference
