CanBIM Professional Certification is a tiered program, recognizing professional individuals at different experience levels in BIM and process management. Professionals may apply for this certification on their own, or companies may organize batch certification for their employees.
Companies are automatically certified when they demonstrate excellence in BIM/VDC by employing at least 4 people with Professional Certification, including at least one person at each certification level.
Industry training providers can certify in-house BIM/VDC related courses that give employees the skills and knowledge required by the industry. Completing certified courses helps employees obtain Professional Certification, or increase their certification level faster.
