Turner Fleischer Architects, is already preparing for their second round of applicants for the next deadline in early January 2016. Of other special note; Turner Fleischer was also nominated for an Inaugural CanBIM Innovation Award for their work on 111 Peter Street conversion from office to retail space. Their use and implementation of Laser Scanning under tight constraints and the complex nature of the project earned them a nod from the selection Committee. Turner Fleischer also supported the CanBIM Awards by sponsoring the Best In BIM award, a cateogry in which the firm chose not to submit to this time around, but rather decided it would be important to support the Inaugural Awards program. Russell Fleischer, Principal, Elizabeth Morison, BIM Transformation Lead and Robert McKenna, BIM Transformation Lead all made the trip to Calgary to participate and support the awards while also receiving their individual certifications.
