With an impressive track record, Patrick has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge Building Information Model (BIM) protocols across multiple projects and initiatives within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Patrick's expertise extends beyond project execution to his knowledge in academia. He served as a faculty member at Algonquin College Centre for Construction Excellence, specifically contributing to the BIM Lifecycle Management Program. By bridging the gap between industry and education, Patrick imparts his practical experience to aspiring professionals, shaping the future of BIM in construction.

Throughout his career, Patrick has successfully executed BIM methodologies across a wide range of collaborative project delivery methods. From Design-Build-Finance-Maintain/P3 and Design-Build with LEAN to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Construction Management projects, he has consistently delivered results. Patrick's proficiency encompasses various aspects of BIM, including discipline-specific models, federated design and construction models, as-built models, and record models. National VDC Manager, Modern Niagara

Philip Meadows is Modern Niagara’s National VDC Manager where he leads a team across five offices in Canada that closely integrates with the company’s manufacturing and installation team’s initiatives, while striving to lead the Canadian MEP contracting industry through advanced CAD/BIM processes and technologies.He joined Modern Niagara after holding several positions in other firms where he focused on the use of software and hardware technologies in the planning, design, documentation, construction, marketing and management of projects in the building and real estate development industries.
