Biographie

As the Director of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Services at EllisDon, I lead a team of experts in delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex construction projects. I have an Honours Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from George Brown College, where I also earned an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and a Revit Architecture Certificate. I have multiple skills in problem solving, construction drawings, building information modeling (BIM), and reality capture. Before rejoining EllisDon, I was the Reality Capture Manager at Planit Measuring, where I created and led the Reality Capture Department and oversaw the execution of capture, processing, and delivery of data on laser scanning projects. I also worked as a Reality Capture Solutions Consultant at R-E-A-L.iT, where I performed sales activities, created custom workflow solutions, provided technical training and support, and spearheaded marketing projects for reality capture hardware and software products. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the construction industry. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.

Vince GATTOLA is Industry Process Consulting Sr. manager for Dassault Systèmes. He is responsible for collaborating with industry leading companies and implementing the solutions experiences tailored for the AEC, Civil & Infrastructure and Cities & Public Services industries. With over 30 years’ experience acquired in catering to Product lifecycle Management of digital fabricated products, as well as , Building Information Modeling,  he has been instrumental in collaborating and nurturing Digital twins for the Infrastructure Sector, and building lifecycle management of assets for the built industry. Experienced in implementation and deployment of digital solutions, Vince has been successful in implementing solutions for small to large companies in the Civil & Infrastructure, Construction, transportation and other industries.

Naman Patwari

Head of Automation - Pinnacle Infotech Inc

As we grow closer to our vision of leading the global AEC industry to certainty and efficiency using technology, Naman brings a rich history of software development and technical acumen to his role as the Head of Automation at Pinnacle Infotech. The Technical Lead at our Research and Development (R&D) team, Naman creates custom tools for Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Plant 3D, and other modeling software using tools such as Dynamo, .NET, Forge, Unity, and Unreal Engine.

Naman’s interest in construction is fueled by his belief that this generation will pioneer interplanetary construction and he wants to play his part in building humanity’s interstellar future. His experience with all the construction phases, especially prefabrication, and zeal for cutting-edge software solutions allow him to bring a unique perspective to Pinnacle Infotech’s service portfolio. He is currently working on expanding our suite of offerings related to Digital Twins for our growing audience of Building Owners. He has also represented us at trade shows and spoken at various events.

He holds a BS/MS in Computer Science from Purdue University and has worked at Amazon, Seattle as a software engineer before shifting his focus to construction. He has also interned at Microsoft, Redmond as a Program Manager and at Bloomberg, New York as a software engineer. He is also a private pilot and takes an interest in Bitcoin and agriculture.
